Antique Stores & Flea Markets in Oswego County Let You Discover New Treasures

One of my favorite things to do in the fall is to explore flea markets. You just never know what you’re going to find! Antique furniture. Discontinued dishware. Unusual artwork. And other truly unique finds. Luckily for fellow treasure hunters like me, there are a few antique stores and flea markets in Oswego County to explore. Particularly Angus Hill Flea Market in Pulaski, New York.

Angus Hill Flea Market in Pulaski

Located at 5727 US Route 11 in Pulaski, Angus Hill Flea Market looks like just a bunch of sheds along a country road. To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I stepped inside. But what I found was a huge building of treasures, and sheds upon sheds of more unique collections outside.

The flea market, like many others, is a co-op of sellers with booths of different varieties. As you make your way through the main building, you’ll find artwork, dishes, furniture, vinyl records, holiday decorations, jewelry, and more. And since each of the sheds outside is owned by a different vendor, they each have their own flair as well. You’ll find sheds full of gardening decor. Musical instruments. Kitchen supplies. Old farming equipment. Stoneware crocks and milk crates.

To truly experience a flea market like this, you need to plan for some time to explore. Among a lot of discarded items, you’ll find some real treasures mixed in. But you have to know what you’re looking for and be willing to spend the time to find it.

Angus Hill Flea Market Finds

Some of my favorite finds from my recent visit? A tandem bicycle. An antique Victorian-era couch. Classic Saranac and Utica Club pint glasses.

Angus Hill closes for the season on October 9th. So some vendors are offering discounted prices before they close up shop for the winter!
